We are committed to providing our customers with reliable shipping services. Our shipping policy outlines the details of our shipping process and the options available to our customers.

Please note that all sales are final after order placed has been processed.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options to our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our standard shipping option, and it typically takes 4-5 business days for the package to arrive at its destination. Standard shipping is available to customers in Europe.

  • International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to customers outside of Europe. Shipping cost will vary based on the destination, and it typically takes 5-6 business days for the package to arrive at its destination.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing time may take longer. We will keep our customers informed of any delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping method selected. Our website provides customers with a shipping cost at checkout for their order.

Tracking

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment information and tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

As per France’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

For all unclaimed packages, customers will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery. It will then be treated as a regular return.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If a package is confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund to the customer.

If a package is damaged, the customer should report to us immediately and if possible, take a photo of the package before opening it. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Only faulty merchandise or products under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid.

Import Duties & Taxes

For International orders, please note that any import duties or taxes due at delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are encouraged to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay these additional costs, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the customer. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every artwork is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment.

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
